Meeting between CACB and BITC, to discuss the first China-Botswana International Expo, October

Following the successful 2024 Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) Beijing Summit, the presidents of China and Botswana held bilateral talks, establishing a strategic partnership to deepen cooperation in trade, investment, technology, agriculture, healthcare, and culture. The event will also celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Botswana, opening new chapters for diversified economic cooperation and expanding Chinese enterprises' presence in African markets.

The First China-Botswana International Expo and Economic & Trade Fair will be hosted from October 8 to 11, 2025, at the Gaborone International Convention Center.
