Charity Association of Chinese in Botswana (CACB) Provides Aid to Homeless Flood Victims

The Charity Association of Chinese in Botswana (CACB), in collaboration with the Austin Abraham Foundation, held a disaster relief donation ceremony on February 22, 2025, at Gaborone Secondary School to assist victims of the recent floods. The event gathered government officials, local leaders, diplomats, and affected families, showcasing unity and compassion in times of crisis.

Speakers, including Austin Abraham Foundation, Charity Association of Chinese in Botswana (CACB) , MP for Gaborone Central & Minister of International Relations, and MP Gaborone South & Minister of Justice and Correctional Services, expressed gratitude for CACB’s generosity and highlighted the importance of community solidarity.

The event concluded with the distribution of essential goods to affected families, reinforcing the strong bond between Botswana and the Chinese community. CACB’s ongoing humanitarian efforts continue to bring hope and relief, demonstrating the power of unity in overcoming adversity.
